A little progress, every day

Fitness that fits
real life.

Your meals, workouts and progress. Together in one thoughtful little app.

Take a look inside

A personal project. Access is currently invitation only.

Less keeping track.
More getting on with your day.

01 / Make meals easier

Less searching.
More “that’s the one.”

Type the food you have in mind. Physiqo helps find a match, brings the nutrition into view, and leaves the final check to you.

  1. 1
    Find your food

A brand, a product, or a quick description.

  2. 2
    Check the match and portion

Review the source and change the amount. Uncertain or conflicting values stay visible.

  3. 3
    Add it when you’re happy

Confirm into your draft, then save your meal. Keep favourites ready for next time.

Prefer to enter it yourself? Manual logging is always an option.

Jason’s rolls: conflicting label warning, source link, an 80 g serving, nutrition and confirmation into a draft.

02 / Leave room for a change of plan

Busy gym?
Keep your session moving.

The lat pulldown is taken. An assisted pull-up machine is free. Swap to an alternative that works the planned movement and muscles, without starting your workout again.

  • Keep the sets you’ve already finished.
  • Choose the right load for the new exercise.
  • Change this session, or separately update your saved plan.

Your plan gives you direction. It can leave room for real life, too.

Assisted pull-up matches the planned movement, with two working sets remaining and assistance recorded in kilograms.

03 / See a little further

One day is a day.
A few weeks tell a story.

Bring your food, weight and training into view over time. Look for patterns, notice gaps, and decide what you’d like to keep doing.

Keep progress photos alongside your logs when they’re useful to you. Your pace, your goals, your own picture of progress.

A few practical things

Good to know.

Simple answers before you sign in.

Can I create an account?

Physiqo is a personal project, currently open to invited accounts only. If you already have an account, sign in to pick up where you left off.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Physiqo runs in your browser, on your phone or computer. Sign in to the same account to access your saved meals, workouts and logs.

Do I have to use AI to log food?

No. You can enter food and nutrition yourself, or reuse a saved meal. When you use smart entry, check the suggested product, source and portion before adding it to your draft. AI suggestions and photo estimates can be wrong.

What happens when I swap an exercise?

Physiqo shows alternatives for the planned movement and muscles. Sets you have already finished stay with the exercise you performed. The swap applies to this workout; changing your saved plan is a separate choice.

Where do my logs and photos go?

Your account data is stored on Physiqo’s hosted services. Progress photos are available through your signed-in account, not a public gallery. AI features send the relevant text or images to an external AI service for processing; public food searches use the food name. You can delete photo entries and delete your account from Settings.
